We rented from Monterey Tides Hotel at the self checkout kiosk. We found it easy to use and unlock the bike. We picked up the bike lock and helmet from the front desk attendant. The price for a full day is very affordable compared to other bike rent... al companies in the area. My only suggestion for improvement for the bike would be to have a bell to let pedestrians know you're behind them and to prevent accidents. Otherwise, bike seats were very comfortable and it was easy to change gears.Read more

Good bike, zippy performance, good headlamp, etc. Nice monthly subscription model that allows one to try ebike for a modest price. Positive interactions with staff. All around a positive experience.

Rented a E-Bike for Car Week in Monterey. Basically like a Uber for Bikes. It made getting around with all the traffic a lot easier. Great Service
